Emmaus Lions Club - "A Nite at the Races" February 13, 2010

Old man winter did not cooperate with the original date of Feb. 6, but that didn't stop guests to come out a week later and support the Emmaus Lions Club with their second annual "A Nite at the Races" fundraiser.  The excessive snow on Feb. 10-11 plowed in most of the props for the event, but guests still had a great time using play money to bet on horse races.  New this year:  The races were viewed on a ~10' screen using a DLP projector.  The food was good and there were plenty of door prizes.  All proceeds from the event benefit the mission of the Lions Club.  We look forward to seeing everyone next year... and bring some friends!
